Rising Generation leadership program
This course introduces many concepts covered in many business programs, such as digital transformation, marketing, finance, economics, thus providing an opportunity for students to understand and integrate these functional specialties in family businesses. This is an applied, project-based course with business strategies implementation to help structure your thinking in a family business environment so to create an entrepreneurial instinct. Students will also be assigned to mentors; Mentorship are designed to provide “outside the box” suggestions for analyzing the issue assigned by the professor, and extension of creative approach is highly encouraged. In addition, students will learn the “intangible and unquantifiable” factors that may affect a business family decision.

Junior management consultant program
The course was designed by company doctors and former consultants. It integrates the theories to become a management consultant with case studies and a real-life project in consulting SMEs. Students will focus on developing skills such as problem-solving and planning and managing consultancy sessions, enabling you to build successful client relationships. Effort will be placed on developing proficiencies in
a range of skills required to practice consulting. The course is relevant to those 1) who are
specifically interested in consulting careers and / or 2) whose current or future jobs involve staff consulting or line management using consultants.
